a) Refunds are applicable only if the Wikipedia page is never published, i.e., if we are unable to create the page.
b) The standard processing time for refunds is 25 working days for pages that were never published.
c) If the Wikipedia page is live but a notice has been issued, no refund will be provided.
d) If the Wikipedia page is live but subsequently deleted, refunds are not applicable. Deletions occur only if the client fails to meet Wikipedia’s requirements stated in the notices within the given deadline.
e) Once the Wikipedia page goes live, the service is considered delivered, and no refund is applicable under any circumstances.
f) Payments for PR services cover only the delivery of PR services and are not linked to the Wikipedia service delivery.
